Affordable coaching.
A big focus of my work as a coach is to ensure that emerging leaders in the global south have access to coaching services. Sadly, the reality is that for many emerging leaders in places like Africa, high quality coaching is simply unaffordable. To combat this I offer coaching on a sliding fee scale that starts as little as $50 a month. I also offer my limited global fellowships at a fixed fee of $200 for 6 months of services.
The only way I can offer these low cost opportunities for emerging leaders in the global south is through generous contributions from others. This is why I work with other coaches in North America and Europe who request that their clients pay-it-forward by adding an optional 1, 2 or 5% extra to their standard fee. These funds are then passed on to Unfolding Impact to subsidize it’s lowest fees and it’s fellowships.
